How long does shipping take?+
Every order is printed to order in the USA. Production takes 2–5 business days and US transit 3–6 business days, so plan on 5–11 business days door to door. You get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.
How much is shipping?+
Flat $5.95 anywhere in the US, free on orders of $65 or more. We're US-only for now; international is coming.
Can I return or exchange something?+
Because each piece is made just for you we can't take returns for sizing or change of mind, so please check the size guide before ordering. If anything arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, send us a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint it or refund you, your choice.
Can I change my order after placing it?+
If it hasn't gone to production yet (usually within about 2 hours of ordering) we can change the size, color or address. Reply to your confirmation email or use the contact page right away.
How do the shirts fit?+
Our unisex tees and sweatshirts run true to size; size up for an oversized fit. The vintage-wash tee is a relaxed cut. Exact measurements are on the size guide.
How should I wash it?+
Machine wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low. Don't iron directly on the print. Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe; tumblers and enamel camp mugs are hand wash.
Are these official city merchandise?+
No. Every design is original artwork by Postcard Supply Co.. We're independent and not affiliated with any city, team, park, resort or business named on our products.
Where are products made?+
Printed in the USA by our print partners on premium blanks sourced from major brands. Each order ships from the facility closest to you.
My town isn't here. Can you add it?+
Yes. Use the contact page to request it. Popular requests usually go live within a week.
