Orders

All products are made to order. An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order at our discretion, for example if an address can't be verified or a design can't be produced.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. Sales tax is collected where required.

Shipping, returns & guarantee

See our shipping & returns page, which forms part of these terms. Made-to-order items can't be returned for size or change of mind; misprinted, damaged or defective items are reprinted or refunded.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, text and images on this site are original works of Postcard Supply Co. and may not be reproduced without permission. Place names are used descriptively; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any city, team, park, resort or business.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your password secure. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
