Privacy policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026. This policy explains what Lil Hill LLC (“we”) collects when you use this website and how we use it.

What we collect

Order information: name, email, shipping address, phone (optional) and the items you buy. Payment details are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
Account information: email, name and a securely hashed password if you create an account.
Messages: anything you send through the contact page or by email, including replies drafted by our automated support assistant.
Usage data: pages visited and device/browser information through privacy-respecting analytics and, if enabled, advertising pixels.

How we use it

To make and ship your order. We share your name, address and the items ordered with our print and shipping partners (Printify and its print providers) solely to fulfil it.
To email order confirmations, shipping updates and replies to your questions (sent via Amazon SES).
To send product news only if you opt in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@yrill.com. We keep order records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and local storage for your cart. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only when those services are enabled.
